Gramato™ Taco

Ingredients

  • 2    oz olive oil
  • 12  (6-inch) yellow corn tortillas
  • 1    medium onion, chopped
  • 16  ounces ground turkey
  • 2    cloves garlic, minced
  • 2/3 cup beef broth
  • 6    ounces sharp cheddar, shredded
  • 12  jalapeno slices
  • 1    cup shredded iceberg lettuce, optional
  • 9    oz of Double Diamond Gramato™ red grape tomatoes, sliced
  • 9    oz sour cream
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves, optional
  • 1    teaspoon salt
  • 1    taco seasoning

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees °F
  2. Heat frying pan
  3. Add olive oil, chopped onions and cook until onions are lightly browned
  4. Add ground turkey, 1 teaspoon salt, garlic to the pan until fully cooked.
  5. Add taco seasoning and beef both. Bring to a simmer and cook, uncovered, until sauce is slightly thickened
  6. Assemble each taco with sour cream, meat mixture, cheddar, jalapeno, lettuce, Gramato™, and cilantro.
  7. Serve & Enjoy!!
